Missing DLL Error

If you receive a 'Native engine unavailable' warning, the Python plugin was unable to load the core C-API DLL. Verify that the MinGW or MSVC runtime dependencies are present on your machine, or check the VDB log file located in your Maya preferences dir maya/prefs/vdb/logs/vdb.log for the exact loading traceback.
